How We Work

First, we try to gain a clear idea of what the project is about. What does the client want from the document? Who is the intended recipient of the document? What kind of complexity level should we use? Answering these general questions lets us form the most basic outline of the project.

After we’ve established a rudimentary outline, we work on developing the core topic of discussion for the document.

The most important part of the core topic is the ability to crystallize it into a brief statement that the writer can come back to in order to understand what exactly is required for the entire document.

Thoroughly consult sources for the topic. Use your own experience, intelligence, as well as outside assistance to make sure that the topic is well understood and that there is enough material to create the document.

Order the researched material for addition to the document as well as for reference during the writing and editing period.

Connect your research to the core concept of the document in order to form a mental outline for it. It’s important that we keep in touch with the client to make sure that the work being done is up to their specifications, as well as ensure it follows their wishes and fulfills their requirements.

Use your ordered research and pre-plan the document. Think about what sections should go where, and how the body of the document should flow.

Write the document, using your research and your understanding of the core concept. It’s okay to go either over or under word counts here.

Read through the document to make sure that all information presented is correct & relevant, and add or subtract content to make sure limits are met.

Read the document again, but this time check for grammar mistakes that you may have missed.

Give it a final check before it is ready to be sent to the client.

The project is now complete and the document is prepared and ready to be sent. Give it to the client with your regards.
